How do I know my order is being processed?

Please allow up to 3 business hours after your order is submitted to show up in the system.
If your order does not show up in the system 24 business hours after submitting it, please email tracking@orbitelectric.com or call 213-745-8884 for assistance.


When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours of being submitted.


Why can’t I find my order?

Ensure you are entering your purchase order correctly. Try removing any symbols or spaces from your purchase order number and try again. If you are still having issues please e-mail tracking@orbitelectric.com or call 213-745-8884 for assistance.


How can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact Orbit as soon as possible at sales@orbitelectric.com or 213-745-8884. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requests, however, please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


How can I return an item?
